Your IMAGINATION - Your FUTURE    Imagination is the forerunner of all the creations of man. Man’s thoughts precede everything he does. Before our bodies move an inch, our minds have run a mile! By the time we speak a word, hundreds of its synonyms have been uttered in our minds already. Imagination, though unseen, is the power that creates and controls the scenes of the world! It is God’s special gift to every human to help man project into the future and create that future he desires. Through the means of visions, dreams and goals setting, we are able to create things that are not in existence or re-organize what is present. The Contents of our imagination now are the details of the future we will live. 200 years ago, before the construction of the Channel Tunnel, travelling on the English Waters (of Great Britain) was grossly uncomfortable and dangerous. The weather there was harsh and stormy; making the journey sickening and slow for even the best of traveller.

KEEPING GOALS IN FOCUS TILL RESULTS COME (1) Giving our goals a paramount place in our lives is non-negotiable. This is because goals are powerful creative tools by which we bring visions and dreams into physical reality. They help to make our dreams clearer and easily achievable.  But why is it that after setting goals a lot of us still don't achieve them? Why do New Year resolutions always fail? Why do we lose enthusiasm for our dreams after a while? How can we keep our goals in focus till we achieve them? The No 1 enemy of our dreams are the distractions and challenges of life that affect our minds. Different things compete for our attention and focus, and whatever we give our attention to, wins the day. From the adverts on the Television luring us to spend our savings to the aroma of Jollof rice and fried chicken tempting us when we are on a diet cutting down calories, or the death of a dearly loved one in the thick of an important project! On the 9th and 10th of April, 2014, Spouses of Ogun State Government Functionaries Association (SOSFGA), organized the 1st Ogun State National Women's Conference, in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Her Excellency, Mrs. Olufunsho Amosun, Wife of The State Governor was the chief host. The Special Guest of Honor was Senator (Mrs) Oluremi Tinubu, and the Keynote Speaker was Ms Evelyn Oputu,M.D of The Bank of Industry.
